• Messages exchanged with employers


From Employers:

2. How We Use the Information

For Candidates:

When you opt in to receive text messages:

• You agree to be contacted by Next Hustle and employers about job opportunities, interviews, and application updates.

• Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• You can opt out anytime by replying STOP.


For Employers:

You may only contact candidates who have provided explicit opt-in consent. All communications must be job-related and sent through approved channels. Misuse of candidate contact info may result in account termination.

We do not sell personal data.


We may share information with:

• Employers (only with candidate consent)

• Service providers (e.g., hosting, communication platforms) under data protection agreements

• Authorities, if required by law


Employers are responsible for safeguarding candidate information they access through the platform and must not use it for non-recruitment purposes.
