1. Overview
Next Hustle provides a platform that connects job seekers with employers. Both job seekers (“Candidates”) and employers or hiring managers (“Employers”) agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use Next Hustle, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the authority to enter into these Terms (if representing a business).
• Provide accurate and truthful information when using the platform.
3. Use of the Platform
For Candidates:
• You may use the platform to apply for jobs, create a profile, and communicate with employers.
• You must opt in to receive communications (including SMS) from employers via Next Hustle.
• You are responsible for keeping your profile up to date.
For Employers:
• You may use the platform to post jobs, view applicant profiles, and contact candidates.
• You must only contact candidates who have explicitly opted in to receive messages (including SMS) through Next Hustle.
• You agree not to send spam, solicit unrelated services, or use candidate information for non-recruitment purposes.
4. SMS Communication
For Candidates:
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from:
• Employers or hiring managers regarding job applications, interviews, or relevant job openings
• Next Hustle for system notifications or job alerts
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
For Employers:
You may only send SMS messages through the Platform to candidates who have given verifiable opt-in consent.
You must:
• Use SMS solely for job-related communications
• Honor opt-out requests immediately
• Follow all applicable laws and industry regulations (e.g., CTIA, TCPA)
Violation of these rules may result in removal from the platform.
5. No Guarantee of Employment or Hires
Next Hustle does not guarantee:
• That a candidate will be hired
• That an employer will fill their job
• That any job or opportunity listed is legitimate (though we take steps to verify usage)
Hiring decisions and negotiations are entirely between candidates and employers.
6. Data Usage and Privacy
Both candidates and employers agree to use personal information responsibly:
• Do not share, sell, or misuse candidate data
• Do not use the platform to scrape, harvest, or misuse information
• Comply with Next Hustle’s Privacy Policy and data protection practices
Employers are responsible for their own compliance with local employment laws and privacy obligations.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
• Misuse of messaging features
• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
8. Platform Changes
We may modify or update the platform and these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users.
9. Limitation of Liability
Next Hustle is not liable for:
• Hiring outcomes or employment decisions
• Any lost opportunity, data, or revenue
• Any indirect or consequential damages
Our services are provided “as-is” without warranty.
